    Position Overview

    International's San Antonio Manufacturing Plant is a benchmark facility that builds leading-edge commercial vehicles to meet the needs of today's - and tomorrow's - customers. By using proven engineering and leading technology and manufacturing principles, International takes mobility and transport to a new level of impact. This facility has the flexibility to build Class 6-8 trucks along with Electric Vehicles that allow International to add capacity to support anticipated industry growth.

    International has an exciting opportunity for Logistics Analyst. The Analyst is accountable to support the day-to-day activities, interfacing with Supply Chain and Production initiatives.

    As International Motors continues to grow in San Antonio, we are expanding our production operations with the introduction of a night production shift. The night shift is Monday through Thursday from 5:30 PM to 4:00 AM, with production planned to begin in early 2027.

    This position will initially work Day Shift and be required to transition to Night Shift as the operation ramps up in mid-2027.

    Day Shift Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 5:30 AM-4:00 PM.

    Night Shift Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 5:30 PM-4:00 AM.

    This is a salaried position supporting a manufacturing operation. While the primary schedule aligns with the designated production shift, employees are expected to provide operational support as needed to meet business objectives. This may require working outside normal production hours, including extended shifts, production startup activities, recovery efforts, and occasional weekend support based on operational requirements.

    Shift Differential: 10% differential upon transitioning to Night Shift work schedule.

    Responsibilities

    • Ownership of data analysis for upcoming products (jobs)
    • Presentation type definition based on forecast
    • Develop and maintain layouts for Supply Chain-managed areas.
    • Set up new parts in the system.
    • Establish and maintain standard work instructions for plant specific materials team members
    • Deployment and keep of Lean Material Flow strategies at the plant and supporting warehouse
    • Support Line Feeding and Factory Feeding teams
    • Troubleshoot daily operational deviations.
    • Coordinate Cross-Functional Projects & Activities

    Minimum Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree and no experience

    OR

    • At least 2 years of supply chain or manufacturing experience
