Logistics Analyst
Education Requirements: High School diploma or GED
Required Skills: Previous experience in logistics/transportation preferably in air and small parcel shipping Proficient at basic MS suite such as Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Power BI is an add on Communication via Outlook PowerPoint for recurring reviews with freight forwarders Knowledge of frequently used excel formulas Self-driven, accountable, proactive problem-solver, good communication skills, and ability to work independently
Responsibilities: Support day-to-day parcel transportation activities and shipment management Monitor shipment status, identify service disruptions proactively, and coordinate corrective actions with carriers Investigate and resolve parcel shipment issues including delays, lost shipments, billing discrepancies, and delivery exceptions Serve as a liaison between internal customers and parcel carriers, including FedEx, UPS, and DHL Support parcel account administration and customer inquiries Maintain operational documentation, process guides, and standard work instructions Utilize Excel to analyze shipment, service, and cost data Maintain tracking logs and dashboards to support transportation visibility
