Monday - Friday, Onsite

Pay Range:

$52.32 per hour

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate post-ramp qualification (PRQ) projects, ensuring component transitions meet established quality and program milestones.

  • Coordinate with engineering, program management, and supply chain teams to monitor project status, identify risks, and drive issue resolution.

  • Maintain project trackers, timelines, status reports, qualification documentation, test results, and approval of workflows.

  • Monitor supplier capacity, lead times, and delivery performance to ensure continuity of supply.

  • Proactively identify and mitigate supply chain risks for assigned commodities.

  • Manage day-to-day supplier relationships and conduct business reviews focused on performance, quality, delivery, and responsiveness.

  • Support pricing activities and maintain cost files for assigned commodities.

  • Assist with bill of materials (BOM) cost reconciliation and cost improvement initiatives.

  • Partner with materials, planning, finance, and engineering teams to align sourcing decisions with business objectives.

  • Support Last Time Buy (LTB) assessments and End-of-Life (EOL) transition planning.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in commodity management, procurement, sourcing, or supply chain operations.

  • Experience supporting supplier relationships, including capacity planning, delivery performance management, and commercial discussions.

  • Familiarity with New Product Introduction (NPI) and/or Post-Ramp Qualification (PRQ) processes in a hardware environment.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and competing priorities.

  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders across supply chain, engineering, operations, and finance organizations.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems such as SAP or similar platforms.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting service supply chain or after-sales operations.

  • Knowledge of display technologies, touch modules, or related electromechanical components.

  • Experience with BOM management activities.

  • Exposure to cost modeling or should-cost analysis methodologies.

  • Familiarity with qualification workflows and engineering change processes.
