Maintains AAFES fleet fixed assets equipment worldwide to include purchase orders, receiving new equipment, preparing paperwork (inspections, MVR, titles, license plates), handling paperwork for equipment moving from facility to facility, and equipment sold at auctions.
Maintains TMS, visual power suite, and smartlink with CONUS terminals on backhaul loads to confirm or reject loads, late pickup or delivery loads.
Performs general accounting procedures, accounts payable and receivable.
Performs other duties as assigned.
