Logistics Analyst
As a Logistics Analyst, you will support our warehouse and transportation operations, ensuring alignment with operational goals, system accuracy, and the smooth integration of new destinations. You will monitor transportation processes, track shipments, analyze capacity needs, and proactively identify improvement opportunities while keeping stakeholders informed of relevant updates and delays.
Your role:
Plan transportation for eligible transactions by following documented processes, work instructions, and specific delivery requirements.
Maintain high-quality master and transactional data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability across logistics processes.
Analyze transportation data and capacity trends to identify optimization and cost-reduction opportunities.
Support the resolution of transportation and distribution issues by troubleshooting logistics problems and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Support compliance, recordkeeping, shipment tracking, and distribution activities to improve operational efficiency and supply chain performance.
Proactively communicate shipment updates, risks, and delays to relevant stakeholders.
You're the right fit if:
You possess a High School Diploma, Vocational Education, or a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
No prior professional experience is required for candidates with a bachelor's degree; previous exposure to logistics or supply chain operations is preferred.
Familiarity with SAP, SFDC, or equivalent ERP systems and the MS Office Suite is preferred.
You are customer-focused, analytical, and organized, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.You are comfortable working with deadlines, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and proactively identifying solutions to operational issues.
You are able to communicate effectively in English in a professional environment.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
This is an on-site role.
