Logistic Analyst

We are looking for Logistic Administrator to join our Endress+Hauser Latin American Support Center in our Panamá office.

What is the role about?

You will support the business and clients to monitor logistic process, ensuring compliance with mandatory regulations of assigned country, acting as interface to Endress+Hauser shipment export coordinator and final client to fulfill client's requirements adding value into the customer journey.

Which tasks will you perform?

Logistics Administration

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor logistics operations for the assigned business units, ensuring the timely flow of goods and information across all involved departments.

Delivery Tracking and Documentation Management

• Follow up on deliveries to customers and suppliers and manage supporting documentation (delivery notes, shipping documents, certificates, etc.), ensuring proper filing, accuracy, and accessibility.

Billing Operations Support

• Prepare and validate the operational information required for the billing process, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to the corresponding departments.

Administrative, Legal, and Compliance Support

• Provide administrative support to operational activities and ensure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements.

Inventory Control and Reporting

• Conduct periodic physical inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies against system records, and report findings to the Controlling and Logistics teams.

Procurement and General Services

• Manage purchases and the procurement of general services required for business operations, ensuring adherence to procurement policies and cost-control guidelines.
• Support traveling logistic trought Concur System and the external Agency

What do we expect from you?

• Bachelor's degree in logistic, administration, or related field

• 2 to 3 years of experience in logistics, administration, or operations support roles.Experience in inventory management and procurement processes is desirable

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Experience using ERP systems (SAP Business One or similar) for logistics and inventory management.

• Knowledge of legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements applicable to business operations.

• Intercultural understanding and professional English level (Intermediate)

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Compliance-oriented mindset with solid administrative process management skills.

• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate
