* Dates: To cover some days in June; 1-2 days of coverage per week

* Hours: 7:00am - 4:30pm, 30 minute unpaid lunch

*The providers' responsibilities include Pre-Employment physicals, Return to Work clearances, Treatment of Work-Related and Non-Work-Related injuries and illness, WC and OSHA knowledge.

*Review of the medical questionnaires for hearing tests, vision screens, and respirator; as well as performing these surveillances.

*Active CA license

Compensation: $95/hour includes malpractice
