Schedule
- Monday through Friday coverage, ongoing
- 8-hour shifts
- Call includes approximately 15 days per month, including weekends
- 30-minute response time with a 1:2 call ratio
Cases and Procedures
- Surgical coverage
- Rounding on assigned and unassigned patients
Requirements
- Must be a Nurse Practitioner
- Board certification in thoracic and cardiac surgery required
- Florida license required; may wait for licensure with an active IMLC LOQ
- ACLS, PALS, and RNFA required
