Vista Staffing is seeking a Physician Assistant Otolaryngology for a locum tenens job in Portland, Oregon.

Opportunity Highlights
Schedule: Approximately 4 days per week; 2.5-3 days per week covering Pediatric ENT clinic and 0.5-1 day per week for Pediatric Urology post-op visits. Shift times: 8:30am-5:00pm (8:00-8:30am admin time, 8:30am-12:00pm patient care, 12:00-1:00pm lunch, 1:00-4:30pm patient care, 4:30-5:00pm admin time). Guaranteed 8 hours per day; overtime applies after 9 hours per day.
Job Setting: Outpatient clinic only; no call required
Types of Cases: Pediatric ENT including evaluation of tonsil, adenoid, and otitis media (most common office diagnoses); post-op urology visits; wound assessment and suture removal; nasal cautery; foreign body removal. Flexible endoscopy experience preferred. Urology experience is a plus.
Credentialing: Estimated credentialing timeframe: 14 days. Temporary privileges are not available. URGENT NEED — provider will start as soon as payor credentialing is completed; all documents must be submitted timely.

Allowed Holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day
Malpractice Insurance: Provided by Vendor
Minimum Requirements
Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified or truly Board Eligible required
Certifications: BLS required; DEA required; Fellowship required
Licensure: Active Oregon license required (IMLC not accepted)
