Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (No nights, weekends, or call; last patient slot at 3:40 PM)
Patient Volume: Manageable load of 12–14 patients per day (20-minute appointment slots)
Patient Population: 99% American Indian / Alaska Native (66% Adult, 17% Pediatric, 17% Geriatric)
Care Model: Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) supported by a full Care Team (Nurse, Care Manager, Admin)
Scope of Practice: Strictly outpatient primary care—no ER duties, obstetrics, C-sections, or major surgery
EHR System: RPMS
