- 10 - 15 patients per day on days, 5 - 10 admits on swings
- 3 - 6 admissions on nights
- Open ICU with intensivist via tele available
- No procedures required -- doctor manages codes
- ER always responds to codes
- Rounding expected early for 11am discharges
