POSITION: LOCUM DENTIST
RATE: $145/hour (additional stipend if necessary)
Dates: Jan 15-17, 20-24, 27-31, Feb 3-7, 10-14, 17-21, 24-28
Hours: Mon/Thur 8a-5:30p, Tues/Wed 7:30a-6p Fri 7:30a-1p
About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Perform basic surgical procedures
• Conduct new patient exams and hygiene checks
• Administer fillings, root canals, extractions, and dentures
• Provide general dentistry, extractions could include simple/ surgical/ full mouth and implants

Requirements:

• Resume
• Active professional Dental License
• Current DEA License
• CSR (Controlled Substance Certificate)
