What You’ll Do:
- Perform interventional procedures including angioplasty, stent placement, embolization, needle biopsy, thrombolysis, and UFE
- Support additional procedures in orthopedics, gynecology, and urology as needed
- Collaborate with a team of physicians and APPs in a Level I trauma center
- Manage a typical case load of approximately 8 cases per day
- Contribute to hospital-based IR services during scheduled shifts
- Maintain timely documentation and adherence to hospital protocols
- Provide coverage for scheduled call shifts and respond to after-hours needs
What You Need:
Required:- MD or DO with valid state medical license in Michigan
- Board-certified in Radiology
- Prior IR experience and procedural skills
- Ability to commit to at least 3+ weeks per month (if traveling)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred:- Experience in trauma-level I facilities
- Familiarity with EMR systems (not specified)
