What Youll Do:
- Provide outpatient chemotherapy, immunotherapy, blood/platelet transfusions, and various treatments in a dedicated infusion center
- Manage diagnosis, staging, symptom management, and treatment planning for hematology/oncology patients
- Collaborate with mid-level providers and support staff to ensure optimal patient flow
- Oversee all aspects of patient care within your specialty, including hospital consults and admissions when necessary
- Maintain EMR documentation using iKnowmed and Cerner platforms
- Participate in remote weekend call and on-site weekday clinic duties
- Contribute to multidisciplinary team efforts to deliver personalized cancer care
What You Need:
Required:- MD or DO, licensed or eligible for licensure in California
- Board Eligible/Certified in Hematology and Oncology
- At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience
Preferred:- Prior experience working in outpatient infusion settings
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
