What Youll Do
- Provide 24-hour OB/GYN call coverage in a hospital setting.
- Perform deliveries, including vaginal and cesarean sections.
- Conduct gynecological surgeries as needed.
- Offer consults and support for OB/GYN emergencies.
- Collaborate with hospital staff, including a dedicated medical assistant and practice manager.
- Respond promptly within a 20-minute window during on-call periods.
- Maintain patient care standards for approximately 16-20 patients daily.
What You Need
Required:- Valid medical license in California
- Board certified or eligible in OB/GYN
- Experience with full scope OB/GYN procedures, including deliveries and surgeries
- Ability to commit to scheduled call shifts and respond promptly
Preferred:- Prior locum or hospital-based OB/GYN experience
