What You’ll Do
- Manage inpatient labor and delivery patients in a Level III trauma hospital
- Perform labor inductions and assist with cesarean sections
- Respond to gynecological emergencies through the Emergency Department
- Provide inpatient gynecological consultations and support
- Document clinical care in Cerner/Oracle EMR system
- Support hospital women’s health services until a permanent physician is hired
- Collaborate with hospital team to ensure high-quality maternal care
What You Need
Required:- Valid medical license in New Jersey or eligibility
- Proven experience managing labor and delivery patients
- Competence in labor floor management, inductions, and cesarean procedures
- Ability to handle gynecological emergencies and inpatient consultations
Preferred:- Prior hospital-based obstetric experience
- Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation
