Job Description:
Practice Setting: Clinic/Hospital On Call OB/GYN
Dates Needed: Thursday, 05/14/2026 Friday, 05/15/2026
Schedule (Shifts and Hours): 7 am on 5/14/26 thru 7 am on 5/15/26
Provider would need to be within a 30-minute radius at all times while on call
Deliveries (average one per day; approx. 360 births/year)
1:4 call rotation (weekday and weekend)
Meditech Expanse EMR for documentation and patient management
APPs, nursing staff
Total Number of Beds: Staffed beds 45, plus 20 room ED.

How Many APPs Provide Coverage: 0
Will the Locums be Responsible for Supervising Other Health Care Providers? no
What Percentage of Practice is High Risk Pregnancy: Occasional high risk delivery. High risk deliveries are typically referred to tertiary centers.
Average Number of GYN Surgeries Per Day (If Applicable): N/A
What Percentage of Patients are C-Section: 30%

What are the Required Obstetrics Procedures:
- Low Risk Pregnancy (i.e. History of Twins, Toxemia, Pyelonephritis, etc.) yes
- High Risk Pregnancy (i.e. with Toxemia, Diabetes, Class II or Higher Cardiacs, Chronic Lung Problems, Chronic Renal Disease, etc.) no
- FHR Interpretation NST/CST/FSE NST & FSE
- OB ultrasounds Performance of Interpretation
- OB ultrasounds Performance of Level I/Screening (Viability)

Board Requirements: Board Certified or truly board eligible
