JOB REQUIREMENTS- License Required: PA or IMLC LOQ
- DEA: PA address required
- Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
- Minimum Experience Required: 3 years minimum
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Provide comprehensive urological care to patients in an outpatient setting.
- Perform diagnostic evaluations and develop treatment plans for urological conditions.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records in accordance with facility standards.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical meetings as required.
