PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE- Hospital Privileges Required: Yes

REQUIRED PROCEDURES- Angioplasty
- Stent placement
- Embolization

- UFE (Uterine Fibroid Embolization)
- Ortho, Gyn, Urology cases
JOB REQUIREMENTS- Board: Board Certified in Interventional Radiology
- Licenses: Active Michigan Medical License (IMLC not accepted)
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS
- Other Qualifications: Clean malpractice and license history; NPDB self-query required; Local provider preferred; travel providers considered if able to cover 2+ weeks per month
Duties & Responsibilities- Perform interventional radiology procedures including angioplasty, stent placement, embolization, biopsy, thrombolysis, and UFE.
- Provide hospital-based IR consultations and follow-up care.
- Participate in Q3 call rotation covering weekdays and weekends.
- Collaborate with a team of 3 physicians and 2 APPs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with hospital protocols.
