    • Board: Board Certified in Interventional Radiology

    • Other Qualifications: Clean malpractice and license history; NPDB self-query required; Local provider preferred; travel providers considered if able to cover 2+ weeks per month
    Duties & Responsibilities
    • Perform interventional radiology procedures including angioplasty, stent placement, embolization, biopsy, thrombolysis, and UFE.
    • Provide hospital-based IR consultations and follow-up care.
    • Participate in Q3 call rotation covering weekdays and weekends.
    • Collaborate with a team of 3 physicians and 2 APPs.
    • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with hospital protocols.
