- M - Th 8 am - 12 pm & 1 - 5 pm; Fri 8 am - 12 pm; 4.5 days/week
- Pager call M - F 5 pm - 8 am; 24-hr call Sat & Sun 8 am - 8 am
- Clinic census: 20 patients per day
- Well baby nursery: 1 - 5 avg census; ped floor: 0 - 3; ER consults: 1 - 3/day
- Procedures: nursery level 1, deliveries, intubation, BiPAP/CPAP, circs
- NRP and PALS certifications required
- 30-minute call response time required
- Block scheduling -- minimum 1 week per month
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
- We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
- We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
