JOB REQUIREMENTS- Board: BC/BE in Oncology or Hematology
- Licenses: Active CA License
- DEA: Active DEA Certification
- Certifications: ACLS (required if requesting Moderate Sedation Privileges)
Duties & Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive diagnosis, staging, and treatment for hematology/oncology patients.
- Oversee chemotherapy and infusion services, ensuring MD presence for all treatments.
- Perform hospital consults as needed.
- Supervise midlevel provider and support staff in clinic.
- Manage call responsibilities including night and weekend remote call.
