Established clinical protocols are in place to support quality oncologic and hematologic care throughout the covered assignment period.

This position is about a hour and half East of Los Angeles. This region offers clinicians on assignment access to beaches, coastal parks, and a range of recreational activities including hiking, sailing, cycling, and water sports. Diverse outdoor and leisure options are available for exploration during time away from clinical duties, with year-round attractions suited to varied interests.

About the Clinician's Workday

Clinicians will provide on-site outpatient hematology and oncology coverage on a day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, managing 13-17 patients per day with 3 new consults expected daily. The schedule is structured as 4.5 days of clinic time and 0.5 day of education time per week, with no call obligations required.
