• 24-hour pager call schedule -- 1 week per month on an ongoing basis
• 1 - 3 inpatients rounded on daily, including weekends
• Average 1 delivery per day with 2 - 4 NST/observations daily
• ED consults for OB/GYN patients as needed
• Hospital setting -- inpatient rounding required
• No inpatient midlevel support available
• Vaginal and cesarean deliveries required
• Ongoing coverage potential -- 1 week per month needed consistently
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
