About the Position

LocumJobsOnline is working with Barton Associates to find a qualified Hospitalist MD in California!

We are seeking a dedicated Hospitalist Physician for a 120-day assignment starting Oct 5, 2026, in California. The client requires coverage for hospitalist medicine cases across three sites, with shifts including days (7a-7p), nights (7p-7a), and swings (3p-3a). This role involves providing comprehensive care to hospitalized patients and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide comprehensive hospitalist medicine care
• Manage a diverse patient panel across multiple facility sites
• Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

• Required Board Certifications: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• EMR: Epic
• Shift types: Day, Night, and Swing shifts
