• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm with phone call coverage required
• Equal call rotation shared with other providers
• 18 - 20 scheduled patients per day
• Patient mix -- adult 70%, geriatric 20%, pediatric 10%
• Family medicine or internal medicine experience required
• Must be able to treat adult, geriatric, and pediatric patients
• Hospital privileges required
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
