JOB REQUIREMENTS- Licenses: Active Virginia license
- DEA: DEA registration required
- Experience: Completion of an approved family practice residency
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Performs physical examinations and orders diagnostic tests
- Interprets examination findings and test results, and implements treatment plans
- Provides comprehensive, continuing health maintenance and medical care to the entire family unit
- Participates in surgical, obstetrical, gynecological, and critical care procedures according to training
- Instructs other healthcare providers and non-medical personnel on health-related topics
