License: Washington license preferred or in process, or active IMLC compact eligible

Must-Have:
- Completed Prescreen Questionnaire
- CV in MM/YYYY format with all gaps explained
- Self-Query NPDB pulled within 30 days of submission
- Home address, phone number, and email address on the CV's first page
- Case logs showing a minimum of 50 deliveries within the last 24 months
Description:
Experienced OB/GYN Clientists are being sought for a per diem opportunity.
The position involves 24-hour in-house shifts.
Candidates must be Board Certified in OB/GYN.
A minimum of one year of recent clinical experience is required.
Preference will be given to candidates with a Washington license or those in the process of obtaining one.
All submissions must include required documentation as specified.
