• Start Date: 08/14/2026
• End Date/Duration: Ongoing, with specific dates to be confirmed
• Shift: 24-hour call shifts (7a–7a)
• Hours/week: Variable, with an average of 11.63 hours on weekdays and 10.38 hours on weekends
• Employment Type: Locum, Per Diem
• License/Certs: Colorado Medical License or IMLC, Board Certified/Eligible in Gastroenterology, BLS/ACLS required
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in GI practice, experience with ERCP & EUS preferred

What You’ll Do:

• Provide inpatient GI consults and procedures including ERCP, EUS, and endoscopies
• Manage GI bleeding and evaluate complex GI problems
• Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure high-quality patient care in a Level 1 Trauma setting
• Support hospital operations during coverage gaps
• Follow all facility protocols using EPIC EMR system
• Document and communicate patient care progress accurately
• Participate in on-call rotations with a focus on emergency GI needs

What You Need:

• Active Colorado medical license or IMLC
• Board Certified or Eligible in Gastroenterology
• Minimum of 2 years of GI clinical experience
• Proficiency with ERCP & EUS procedures
• Excellent communication and patient management skills
• Ability to complete credentialing and EMR training promptly
