    Emergency Medicine Physician – North Adams, MA | Locum Position

    What You’ll Do
    • Provide emergency care at a Level 3 trauma center with 32 beds and an annual ER volume of 55,000
    • Cover night shifts, including 12-hour, 8-hour, and 11-hour shifts
    • Manage a diverse patient population, including trauma, pediatrics, and adult cases
    • Collaborate with hospital staff, including APPs and hospitalists, to deliver high-quality patient care
    • Monitor paramedics/ambulances and respond to emergencies as part of the ED team
    • Follow established protocols, including hospital bylaws and response times
    • Utilize Meditech EMR system for documentation and patient management


    What You Need
    • Active Massachusetts medical license and current Board Certification in Emergency Medicine
    • Minimum of 2+ years of emergency department experience
    • Strong clinical skills in trauma, pediatric, and adult emergency care
    • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
