Pay & Benefits- Hourly Pay Rate: $327.60

What Youll Do- Provide emergency care at a Level 3 trauma center with 32 beds and an annual ER volume of 55,000
- Cover night shifts, including 12-hour, 8-hour, and 11-hour shifts
- Manage a diverse patient population, including trauma, pediatrics, and adult cases
- Collaborate with hospital staff, including APPs and hospitalists, to deliver high-quality patient care
- Monitor paramedics/ambulances and respond to emergencies as part of the ED team
- Follow established protocols, including hospital bylaws and response times
- Utilize Meditech EMR system for documentation and patient management
What You Need- Active Massachusetts medical license and current Board Certification in Emergency Medicine
- Minimum of 2+ years of emergency department experience
- Strong clinical skills in trauma, pediatric, and adult emergency care
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
