What Youll Do- Provide urgent care services for a diverse patient population
- Perform procedures including suturing, I&D, splinting, and joint reduction
- Evaluate and interpret X-rays, EKGs, and point-of-care tests
- Manage minor burns, skin lesions, and nosebleeds
- Support airway management and initial emergency stabilization
- Document all patient encounters accurately in Epic EMR
- Collaborate with team members to ensure quality patient care
What You Need- Virginia Physician Assistant license (active)
- 1+ years of experience in urgent care or outpatient settings
- Proficiency in suturing, I&D, splinting, and diagnostic testing
- Strong communication and patient management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred:- Experience in high-volume clinics or pediatric urgent care
