    About the Position

    LocumJobsOnline is working with Wellhart, LLC to find a qualified Urgent Care PA in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, 15227!

    Our client seeks an Urgent Care Physician Assistant for a 60-day assignment in Pennsylvania, starting Nov 2, 2026. This role involves providing care for patients with common urgent care conditions such as cold/flu symptoms, rashes, abrasions, lacerations, sprains, and minor burns. The schedule requires availability Monday through Sunday, from 8 AM to 8 PM, focusing on typical urgent care duties including splinting, X-rays/EKGs, blood drawing, and incision and drainage procedures, with high acuity cases referred to the local emergency room.


    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Evaluate and treat patients presenting with cold/flu symptoms, rashes, abrasions, lacerations, sprains, and minor burns.
    • Perform minor procedures including splinting, X-rays/EKGs, blood drawing, and incision and drainage (I&D).
    • Refer high acuity cases to the local emergency room for specialized care.


    Additional Information

    • Board Certification in Urgent Care required.
    • EMR: Epic
    • Setting: Outpatient Urgent Care
    • Schedule: Monday-Sunday, 8 AM - 8 PM
