What You’ll Do- Assist in gynecological robotic surgeries in an inpatient OR setting
- Support the surgical team during first assist procedures
- Manage 2-6 surgeries per day, ensuring smooth operation and patient safety
- Collaborate with surgeons and nursing staff to deliver high-quality patient care
- Follow protocols for gynecological procedures and documentation using Cerner/Oracle EMR
- Adhere to hospital policies and safety standards
What You Need- First Assist Certification with Robot experience required
- BLS/ACLS certification (standard for NP or PA roles)
