- Shift: Mon-Fri 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; On-call from 3:00 pm to 7:00 am (weekends support included)
- Hours/Week: 40+ hours/week

- License/Certs: Current Physician Assistant license required
- Experience: Prior cardiothoracic vascular surgery experience preferred

What You’ll Do- Provide post-operative care for cardiothoracic and vascular patients
- Perform emergency surgeries on cardiothoracic and vascular cases
- Take referrals from ED, Cath Lab, and hospital providers
- Assist in surgeries, including vein harvesting and tissue retrieval
- Prescribe medications and coordinate patient care
- Conduct rounds and interpret diagnostic tests
- Manage inpatient care for adult and geriatric patient populations
What You NeedRequired:- Active Physician Assistant license in Ohio
- At least 2 years of surgical experience, specifically in cardiothoracic or vascular settings
- Ability to perform emergency procedures, assist in surgeries, and do vein harvesting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred:- Experience with EMR systems, preferably Epic
- Prior locum or hospital-based experience in a Level 2 trauma center
