JOB REQUIREMENTS- Licenses: Active MN license
- Board: Board Certified as PA or APP
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS
- Experience: Minimum experience with hematology patients (benign and malignant)
- Other Qualifications: Comfortable with unsupervised work setting on solids
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Provide comprehensive inpatient hematology/oncology care for a diverse patient population
- Manage benign and malignant hematology patients independently
- Collaborate with attending physicians and support staff to coordinate patient care
- Perform daily rounds, assessments, and treatment plans for 11-16 patients per day
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the healthcare team
