About the Position

LocumJobsOnline is working with Barton Associates to find a qualified Family Practice PA in North Carolina!

We are seeking a dedicated Family Practice Physician Assistant for a 33-day assignment starting Oct 19, 2026, in North Carolina. The selected candidate will provide general primary care for factory employees, handling a mix of acute and chronic cases, performing physicals, and demonstrating proficiency in occupational health and suturing.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide general primary care services for onsite factory health
• Manage acute and chronic cases, including coughs, flus, hypertension, and diabetes
• Perform physical examinations
• Exhibit comfort and proficiency in performing sutures
• Handle Department of Transportation (DOT) certifications and workers compensation cases

Additional Information

• Required Board Certifications: Family Medicine
• EMR: Epic
• Requirements: DOT certification and workers compensation experience required
• Requirements: Comfortable doing sutures is required
• Requirements: Occupational health cases will comprise 50% of duties
