• 7 am - 7 pm and 9 am - 9 pm shifts -- Mon - Sun plus night call
• ICU: 1 - 2 patients per day
• O.R.: 0 - 3 daily cases
• Hospital setting
• O.R. and ICU coverage -- no clinic
• First assist required -- large vascular and endovascular cases
• Post-op ICU care -- no advanced ICU procedures
