What You’ll Do

• Provide anesthesia care in a busy hospital operating room setting with approximately 50-60 cases daily
• Supervise CRNAs as part of a care team model, practicing both independently and collaboratively
• Manage a wide age range of patients from neonatal to adult
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including surgeons, nurses, and surgical techs
• Ensure patient safety and optimize anesthesia plans for surgical procedures
• Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards

What You Need

• Ohio medical license and DEA registration
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
• Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia practice experience preferred
• Ability to supervise CRNAs and work in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
