What Youll Do- Provide anesthesia care in a busy hospital operating room setting with approximately 50-60 cases daily
- Supervise CRNAs as part of a care team model, practicing both independently and collaboratively
- Manage a wide age range of patients from neonatal to adult
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including surgeons, nurses, and surgical techs
- Ensure patient safety and optimize anesthesia plans for surgical procedures
- Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards
What You Need- Ohio medical license and DEA registration
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
- Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia practice experience preferred
- Ability to supervise CRNAs and work in a fast-paced hospital environment
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor

This assignment is based at a highly regarded hospital in Dayton, Ohio, featuring 14 operating rooms and a well-established anesthesia team within a Level I Trauma Center. The facility boasts a collegial staff of RNs, surgical techs, APPs, and surgeons dedicated to delivering high-quality surgical care. The role involves supervising a mix of solo practice and CRNA supervision, ensuring comprehensive anesthesia coverage across a diverse patient population.
