    What You’ll Do
    • Conduct patient histories, physical exams, assessments, and diagnoses
    • Make treatment and therapy plans in accordance with California regulations
    • Order and interpret studies, labs, and therapies
    • Recognize urgent situations requiring immediate physician attention
    • Counsel patients on health topics, medications, and disease management
    • Initiate admissions, complete medical records, and coordinate follow-up care
    • Refer patients to appropriate health services and facilities
    • Administer medications and transmit prescriptions as authorized
    • Assist in trauma surgeries as a surgical first or second assist, under supervision
    • Support surgical procedures including local anesthesia, suturing, wound management, and trauma-specific interventions

    What You Need
    Required:
    • Current California Nurse Practitioner license
    • Trauma or critical care experience
    • Ability to perform first/second assist in surgery (training documentation or relevant experience)
    • BLS certification

    Preferred:
    • Experience with robotic-assisted surgery (da Vinci)
    • Experience in a Level II trauma or emergency setting
    • Excellent clinical and communication skills
