- 3 days/week -- M-W or W-F, 8-hour shifts in clinic
- Alternating weekend on-call -- phone/callback, Friday night - Sunday
- After-hours callback -- scheduling or directing to emergency services
- Patients of all ages -- primary, chronic, acute, and urgent care
- Occasional home visits as appropriately identified
- Emergency services and care experience strongly preferred
- Rural health center -- minimal supervision experience preferred
- Collaboration with off-island physician and EMS services
- We provide complimentary housing and travel
