The clinician will write daily progress notes, discharge instructions, discharge summaries, and consultation notes, and will evaluate new consults as they arise. Timely communication of changes in care plan, neurological assessment, or clinical concerns to the neurosurgeon on call is required throughout each assigned coverage period.
