- 7 am - 5 pm shifts, 10-hour days
- Adult patient population -- ages 18 and up
- Hospital-based neurosurgery NP role
- Procedures: dressing changes, drain removal, laceration repair
- EVD and lumbar drain manipulation and removal required
- Cervical spine clearance and ICP monitor removal required
- Rounding, orders, notes, discharge, and consult responsibilities
- OR first assist potential -- not required
