    JOB REQUIREMENTS
    • Board: Board Certified (ANCC, AANP, NCCPA, etc.)
    • Licenses: Active MI license (no new license candidates accepted)
    • Certifications: NRP (Advanced Provider or Instructor required)
    • Experience: Neonatal experience required; new grads not accepted
    • AOther Qualifications: Self-Query NPDB required at time of presentation
    Duties & Responsibilities
    • Provide comprehensive neonatal care to critically ill neonates in Level III NICU under supervision of attending physician.
    • Attend high-risk deliveries and perform neonatal resuscitation as needed.
    • Perform advanced procedures including PICC line placement, umbilical line placement, needle aspiration, and chest tube insertion.
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
    • Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in Epic EMR.
