PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE- Credentialing Timeline: 2-3 weeks
REQUIRED PROCEDURES- Injections
- IUD placement
- Minor wound care
JOB REQUIREMENTS- Licenses: Active WA license required
- Board: Required
- DEA: Active WA DEA required
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS (to be discussed at credentialing)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience for all NP positions
- Other Qualifications: Spanish or Russian speakers are a plus. Must be covid and flu vaccinated. Clean background.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Provide comprehensive family medicine care to patients from newborns to geriatrics.
- Manage chronic diseases and provide acute care/walk-in services.
- Perform basic procedures including injections, IUD placement, and minor wound care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including MAs, receptionists, therapists, and dietitians.
- Maintain a patient volume of up to 18 patients per day in a fast-paced community health center setting.
