About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated Family Practice Nurse Practitioner for a 90-day assignment in New Mexico. Our client offers a Monday through Friday schedule, with daily hours from 8am-12pm and 1pm-5pm, including a one-hour lunch break. This role focuses on essential primary care duties within an FQHC setting, managing common conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, colds, coughs, and flu.Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide FQHC primary care services.
• Manage chronic conditions including hypertension and diabetes.
• Address acute illnesses such as colds, coughs, and influenza.

• Required Board Certifications: Family Nurse Practitioner Certification (FNP)
• Other Required Certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Burn Life Support (ABLS)
• EMR: Nextgen
• Setting: Outpatient (Clinic Only)
• Patients per day: 23-25
• LOA: 90 Days
• Staffing Mix: 1 PA/NP, 1 Medical Assistant, 1 Office Staff
