- 8-hour shifts: avg 20 - 24 patients; 9-hour shifts: avg 25 - 27 patients
- Walk-in patients included -- 4 per shift
- Scheduling guidelines prevent back-to-back complex visits
- Patient population: primarily Spanish-speaking, farm-working families
- Age range: 6 months and up
