Job Title: Neonatal Nurse Practitioner

Description:
Seeking Neonatal Nurse Practitioners for per diem positions.
Provide advanced neonatal care in multiple NICU settings.
Deliver care for critically ill and premature newborns in Level II and Level III NICUs.
Participate in in-house coverage shifts.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including neonatologists and maternal-fetal medicine specialists.
Support well-baby nursery coverage as needed.
Manage admissions, daily care, and stabilization of neonates.
Respond to neonatal emergencies and transfers within the system.
Maintain high standards of clinical documentation and patient safety.
