What You’ll Do
- Provide anesthesia care for adult and geriatric surgical patients in a hospital setting
- Support surgical teams with anesthesia procedures for general surgical cases
- Work within a supervised CRNA model in a Level III trauma environment
- Maintain patient safety and comfort during procedures
- Collaborate with RN and surgical tech staff in operating rooms
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and standards
- Document care accurately within the EMR system
What You Need
Required:- Current anesthesia certification and license for Michigan
- Prior practice as a CRNA (state-specific experience preferred)
- Strong clinical skills in anesthesia management
- Ability to work independently within a supervised model
Preferred:- Experience working in trauma or hospital-based anesthesia settings
- Comfort managing adult and geriatric patients
