Pay & Benefits- Competitive hourly rate up to $290 (plus malpractice coverage)

What You’ll Do- Provide anesthesia care for general surgical, obstetric, neurosurgical, and endoscopic procedures
- Collaborate with surgical teams in a busy hospital setting (9 ORs, 5 endoscopy rooms)
- Document care using Meditech Expanse EMR
- Manage anesthesia for adult and pediatric patients, including regional, spinal, epidural, and digital anesthesia
- Supervise and oversee anesthesia procedures within a trauma level 3 facility
- Monitor patients pre- and post-procedure to ensure safety and comfort
What You Need- Active Massachusetts CRNA licensure
- Minimum 2 years of anesthesia experience
- Ability to work supervised independently
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work various surgical cases, including trauma and obstetrics
