What You'll Do
- Provide independent anesthesia coverage for endoscopy cases at our Endoscopy Center.
- Administer Monitored Anesthesia Care (MAC) for adult and geriatric patients.
- Manage 10-16 cases daily, including EGD with biopsies, colonoscopy with biopsies, or combined procedures.
- Work autonomously in a dedicated endoscopy setting with a specialized support team.
- Document procedures accurately using the EPIC EMR system.
- Support the department during a period of short staffing, ensuring continuous patient care.
What You Need
Required:
- Active CRNA license in Michigan
- 2+ years of CRNA experience
- Comfort practicing independently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with endoscopy procedures and MAC anesthesia
Preferred:
- Experience working in outpatient endoscopy centers
- Knowledge of EPIC EMR system
