Orientation ***-157.50 - half the hourly/callback rate*** kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours
Hourly ***-315 - Per hour, not OT
Holiday ***-472.50 - Must be 1.5x the hourly rate*** Per holiday hour, no OT
